Four steps from film to finished files.

01

Preview the film

Load a cut strip or a continuous roll. A quick survey scan shows the available frames together.

02

Check the frames

Frame boundaries are detected automatically. Review them and choose what to scan.

03

Start the scan

The system handles transport, autofocus, exposure, and RGBI capture for each selected frame.

04

Adjust and export

Use modern, advanced colour processing to finish each frame, then export JPEG or TIFF files from the full-resolution raw scans.

The raw scan never changes.

01RAW SCAN

The complete scanner capture. Always preserved.

02SIDECAR

Colour, crop, rotation, and other adjustments.

03JPEG / TIFF

A finished image rendered from both files.

Change an adjustment or reset it completely, then export again. The raw scan remains untouched.

Dust and scratches are detected by the scanner.

Each frame is captured as red, green, blue, and infrared data. The infrared channel identifies physical defects in the film, allowing them to be removed without treating image detail as dust.
